Tripod Lashing
Lay out the spars on the ground with the center spar pointing away from the other two. Begin with a clove hitch at the end of one of the side spars. Then, make six to eight loose turns around all three spars and finish up with two frapping turns between each spar. A clove hitch on the center bar completes the lashing.
